Pamela S. Poe

For almost a decade Pamela has been a dedicated leader in the Construction industry, as owner of Enviro Clean Ohio. She is one of the few registered African American female union contractors in the state of Ohio. She has had tremendous success working in the real estate industry first, as an appraiser, later becoming a Licensed Realtor as well as an investor. Prior to finding her niche, she experienced a challenging life growing up in the inner city of Cleveland, OH. She attributes her ability to overcome what she saw as insurmountable odds to her faith in God. Because she was given an opportunity to rise from the ashes of her childhood, she is now dedicating her time to mentoring adolescent girls experiencing similar challenges. She turned her pain into purpose and founded C.O.O.R Mentoring Program, an organization that aims to empower teenage girls to become the best possible version of themselves.
Inez Laureano ,mother of two teenage daughters, was born and raised in Cleveland Ohio. She holds a bachelors degree in Criminal Justice from Kent State University. In 1999 she earned a position in higher education within the financial aid department where her primary goal has always been to educate young adults understanding of federal and private student aid. After 20 years she remains in higher education as the Associate Director of Student Financial Service at John Carroll university .
Brenda J. Whitley
Brenda was born and raised in Cleveland, OH. After graduating from John Hay High School, she pursued a career as a concrete finisher with Dunham Construction. When she was introduced to a State Farm agent to handle her insurance needs, she was offered a position to work with the agency on the spot. She has a warm personality and a keen eye for detail. This impromptu job turned into a 30 year career at State Farm Insurance Agency. Brenda retired in 2019 and she is now enjoying her time with her Husband doing what they enjoy most, traveling and golfing.
